On Friday, August 8, the American Association of AgLabor Providers (AAALP) was featured live on RFD-TV’s Market Day Report. Suzanne Alexander spoke with AAALP Lead, Nikki Enersen, about the recent launch of the Association and its mission to strengthen support for farm labor contractors (FLCs) and recruiters nationwide.
During the interview, Nikki shared why AAALP was created and how it serves as the first national trade association dedicated to serving FLCs and recruiters. She highlighted the association’s role in uniting these businesses under a common mission—advancing responsible recruitment and fair labor practices across the agricultural supply chain through education, professional development, and a strong peer network.
Beyond its mission, AAALP works to address urgent labor issues in U.S. agriculture, such as labor shortages, workforce instability, and an evolving legal and compliance landscape. By equipping members with practical tools, expert knowledge, and strategic connections, the association helps them navigate change, strengthen operations, and demonstrate a commitment to worker well-being—benefiting everyone in the agricultural supply chain.
