AAALP Core Self-Assessment
The AAALP Core self-assessment guides businesses in implementing responsible recruitment and employment practices. It provides practical steps mapped to international human and labor rights standards, supporting compliance with market requirements and federal legislation.
Using a management systems approach, the self-assessment focuses on one Framework step and 14 Standards, covering key areas for ethical hiring and labor management. Each standard includes clear explanations, the rationale behind its importance, and actionable steps for progress.
